The Law Office PEPELJUGOSKI was founded in year 1999 by Valentin Pepeljugoski, LLM and for a short time period became one of the most famous law offices in Republic of Macedonia.

In the office there are 3 Attorneys at law, 1 Advisor with passed judicial and attorney exam and 1 junior advisor. Attorneys at law are: Mr. Valentin PEPELJUGOSKI, LLM, Ms. Maja DRAKULOVSKA and Mr. Aleksandar TRAJKOVSKI. Advisor with passed judicial and attorney exam is Ms. Irena MRCKALOVSKA and the Junior Advisor is Ms. Jana DUKOVSKA.

Law Office is member of Macedonian Business Lawyers Assotiation, Macedonian Intellectual Property Protection Association, registered representative in IPP Office, (No. 77), Associate Member of American Bar Association (ABA), and Associate Member of International Trademark Association (INTA).

The Law Office works with all area of Commercial Law, such as: company law, law of contracts and torts, financial law, customs and taxation law, consumer protection law investments, banking law. The office is specialized in intellectual property law (copyright and industrial property). The office also works with civil law (family law, heritage law, property law, owner's relationship etc.).

The Office gives judicial, administrative, penal and civil protection before the courts and administrative authorities in Macedonia, and cooperates with famous law offices in Europe and the world.

The office represented and represents famous companies from Macedonia, as: Tutunski Kombinat - Skopje, Makedonska lotarija, Pivara Skopje, Alkaloid Skopje, Makedonija Tabak 2000, Makpetrol Skopje, SEAF Macedonia, Macedonian Broadcasting Council and many more.

The office represented and represents famous companies from Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, England, USA, Italy, France, Germany, such as: Reemstma, Tobacna ljubljana, Kolinska Ljubljanak, Balkan Pharma i Sofipharma from Sofia, Gavrilovic, Vindija from Varazdin, BSA, IMG, Lui Berge, Microsoft, Adobe, Macromedia, Autodesc, Ford Models, Kraft Jacobs etc.

The office is external advisor of many NGO's and governmental organisations that were/are present in Macedonia.

Over its founder Valentin Pepeljugoski, LLM, the office is giving contribution through membership in several Macedonian commisions and expert groups of the Government of Republic of Macedonia in many bilateral meetings with countries members of EFTA, European Union, USA and others, covering the part of intellectual property protection (copyright and industrial property) in Republic of Macedonia.

Mr. Valentin Pepeljugoski worked on preparation of the Memorandum of the Republic of Macedonia for entering into World Trade Organization. He is author of the part concerning the rights of industrial property. Member of the team for negotiations for entering in STO from 2001, for the part of intellectual property protection.

For his activities in the field of promotion of the industrial property protection and support of innovators, Valentin Pepeljugoski is awarded by the Belgium Chamber of Inventors in 1997.

- Valentin Pepeljugoski published over 50 professional and science articles concerning monopolisam, unfair competition, consumer protection, intellectual/industrial property protection in Republic of Macedonia and abroad (Bulgaria, Croatia, USA, EU, Great Britain etc).

Editor of the intellectual property column in the review "Jurist", editor of the Official Gazette of the Industrial Property Protection Office of the Republic of Macedonia 1994 - 1999. Member of Editorial Board of Intellectual property Law and Management, 2000

Member of the State Commission for passing the professional exam for industrial property representatives in four mandates, in the period from 1994 to 2002.

Member of the Professional Council of the Organization of the consumers in the Republic of Macedonia, from the founding till present days.

The Office took apart in many projects concerning intellectual property protection, consumers protection, unfair competition, monopolisam, concessions, harmonization of Macedonian with EU legislation etc.

The members of the Office took apart in many domestic and international seminars, conferences, symposiums etc. where the next are most important:
- Hague Academy of International Law (International Private Law) in 1990 and 1991;
- Inter-university Center in Dubrovnik (Croatia) (Privatization in the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe) in 1991;
- RIPP and EPO Academy took apart on the seminars concerning copyrights, patents, trademarks and management for line managers;
- INTA in USA in 1995, 1996, 2000, 2001 and 2002;
- WIPO meetings, Diplomatic Conferences, standing committees, committees of experts;
- CFED-USAID projects on implementation of Collateral Law in 1998;
- Salzburg Seminar in 1995, on topic "Intellectual property", on recommendation of US culture center in Skopje;
- 9th symposium of European patent studies, Madrid 1998;
- "Patinova" in Vienna, Austria 1997 and "Patinova" in Chalchidikki, Greece 1999;
- Conference of mediation, WIPO, Geneva, March 29, 1996;
- Study visit in US Patent and Trademark Office, May 2002;

Valentin Pepeljugoski was member of the team for preparation of the changes and amendments of the Law for Industrial Property;

For the needs of the Faculty of Law in Skopje, lectures of Civil law and Intellectual property took part in the Office;

From the world languages, members of the office speaks fluently English, Russian, Bulgarian, Serbian and Croatian, and are using German, French and Italian language.

Translator from English to Macedonian language and from Serbian to Macedonian language and reverse in the Office is Ms. Tatjana Kurcinska Pepeljugoska. If there is need, other translators are hired.

The Law Office, if there is a need, cooperates with eminent professors from the Faculty of Law and notary. With its network of partner offices, the Office gives lawyer's services abroad.
